The Establishment Wing is responsible for the following main activities:
- Deals with the administrative and service matters of the gazetted establishment of the Local Fund Audit Department, Punjab Treasuries and Accounts Services
- Examines and inquire into complaints against officers belonging to above mentioned departments
- Deals with the personal ledger accounts (PLAs) of semi government departments/autonomous bodies of the provincial governments
